Cecie Otero holds a cosmetology license, a certificate from brow design and ombré brows from advance microblading institutes in Plainfield, IL. and Phoenix, AZ . Since 2008 Cecie went right into the salon cutting hair. Over the years her passion grew and she expanded her knowledge into hair color, makeup and permanent makeup.

Investing in her education has always been Cecie’s first priority- over the last 12 years she has taken multiple classes, attended seminars and markets from reputable hair stylist and permanent makeup artists. From Adrienne Dara, Lisa Loves Balayage, Daniel M. Beauty, The Blonde Chronicles University, Sam Villa Hair, Jamie Sea (@prettylittleombre), and even Tracey Cunningham (Kim Kardashian and Jlo’s hair colorists!) the list only keeps growing.

In 2018 Cecie found her new home at Nicholas Reyes Hair Salon. While she is forever adding to her clientele, Cecie has built forever lasting relationships with her clients. Building relationships and expanding your knowledge is crucial in this industry and knowing the importance of adapting has always been Cecie’s top priority.

When not doing hair or microblading, Cecie enjoys spending time with her 4 fur babies, playing roller derby and powerlifting. With a full rescue dog kit in her car she is always on the lookout to reunite lost dogs with their owners- with over a handful of lost dogs rescued, Cecie’s heart is as big as her smile.
